Tina Bradley Mayers
Education Chair, South League Instructor

 With more than 21 years of golf experience, Tina is an accomplished player with a 4 handicap, and has developed and directed instructional programs for players of all skill levels for many years. 

She is currently the Head Teaching Professional at the Buck Mayers Golf Academy, a certified instructor for LPGA Golf Clinics for Women, and Education Chair for the EWGA Austin, TX Chapter.  Previous positions include the Director of Instruction at Balcones Country Club and senior instructor and coach to Ladies City Champions at Barton Creek Resort.

As the lead instructor for EWGA-Austin “South League” clinics held at Grey Rock Golf Club, Tina also keeps busy with private and group lessons, and is frequently asked to speak to women’s organizations about the personal and professional benefits of golf.

Marci Bozarth
North League Instructor 

Marci is the Assistant Golf Professional at Forest Creek Golf Club in Round Rock, TX and lead instructor for the EWGA Austin, TX Chapter “North League”.  She played the LPGA Tour for 10 years after finishing her collegiate days at Texas Christian University (TCU), where she was an NCAA All-American and member of the NCAA Championship team.  

As a member of both the PGA of America and the LPGA T&CP, she still enjoys competing in club professional events.  Her passion lies in teaching and with her experience of playing the game since age 10, she loves to help inspire golfers to realize their own personal goals, whether that may be starting the game, taking it to the next level or competing at high levels of competition.

Vicki Woodcock
Central League Instructor

Vicki is the Business Manager and instructor for “The First Tee of Greater Austin”, as well as the  lead instructor for the EWGA Austin, TX Chapter “Central League” at Harvey Penick Golf Campus where she teaches clinics.    

Prior to turning professional 16 years ago, she played amateur golf in Canada and the United States and is now a member of the LPGA, T&CP and the PGA. 

She enjoys teaching students of all levels, and often recommends that her students read Pia Nilsson’s and Lynn Marriott’s books “Every Shot Must Have a Purpose” and “The Game Before the Game”.  She recommends the chapter in “Every Shot Must Have a Purpose”, “Send Your Mind on Vacation”.  The swing key is ­­— get out of your way and let good golf happen.
